About Evans Property Management
Chad D. Evans has always had a passion and understanding of property management. But it was not until 2007 that Chad realized the strong need for diverse and dependable property management services. So, in 2008 Evans Property Management was developed. As an investor in rental property, Chad’s vision has always been to provide excellent service, lead by example, and manage the property as if he was the owner.
Chad Evans is the principal broker and owner of Evans Property Management. He has over 16 years of experience in real estate investment and property management services. Chad inherits a strong understanding of property management and business sense. He has a diverse and varied background in his professional career which includes Civil Engineering, business-to-business sales experience, and business banking management.
Chad was born and raised in Louisville and has a strong passion for the city and all it has to offer. He grew up in Oldham County graduating from South Oldham High School in 1995. He went on to achieve a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 2000.
Chad married Stephanie Evans in 2007. They have two wonderful children (Brody and Brooke). Chad and Stephanie live in the Highlands. Stephanie is very active in Evans Property Management and assists Chad in financial management.
